NCC is excited about the opportunity to continue our partnership with MLG&W. Please note that NCC will be accepting online applications only—no walk-ins will be allowed at this time.

If you received help through DHS, you’re ineligible for additional utility assistance from the City of Memphis Utility Assistance program through NCC. If you do NOT currently receive DHS assistance, please read the funding requirements before filling out the application listed below.
